Twenty years ago, I was a military member who gained 50 pounds, struggled with unhealthy habits, and felt stuck. For someone so young, I felt awful and didn’t know how to find my way back to feeling better. A fitness magazine sparked a transformation—I discovered the joy of exercise, and over the next few years made additional changes. I focused on better nutrition, quit smoking, and rebuilt my health. That journey wasn’t easy, but it taught me how to make sustainable changes while juggling work, family, and life’s demands.

As a certified health coach with a Bachelor’s in Health and Master’s in Public Health, I’ve spent decades helping people thrive. From managing hospital wellness programs to leading initiatives for chronic disease prevention, I’ve learned how to turn big ideas into practical steps—whether for organizations or individuals. My approach is personal, not prescriptive. I listen to your goals, challenges, and lifestyle to create tailored strategies that fit your busy schedule, whether it’s optimizing sleep, eating smarter, or mastering your time.

My own path—raising a daughter, earning my degrees while working full-time, and navigating high-pressure environments—taught me what works (and what doesn’t) when building a healthier life. I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and now use that wisdom to empower busy professionals like you to achieve lasting wellness without the overwhelm.
